Who ever imagined it would get this crazy? I think last week's email format worked so we'll do that again this week. Woot! Woot!
QUARANTINED??
Hahahahaha, yes. Another one bites the dust as Freddie Mercury says. Like I said in the previous email, I did bet £20 that this would be the week and as soon as P-day ended, we received an email from President saying we were having restrictions placed on us. Some of these restrictions include not using public transportation, not being allowed to have face to face contact with people, and only being allowed to be in our flat or the Chapel. So that's been fun! We have to be majorly creative in what we do and how we use our time to still be effective and good missionaries. Always fun. Let me know if you have any thoughts or ideas.
ARE YOU GOING HOME???
Hahahaha, no. Not yet. Honestly if I'm being a realistic missionary, I am probably expecting to get sent home sooner rather than later. Because I am paranoid, my bags are packed and I'm ready to go whenever we get the travel plans.
DO YOU WANT TO LEAVE??
No not at all. Not at all. But sometimes that's how the cookie crumbles so no use crying over spilled milk. Pray we get to stay.
WHAT DO YOU DO ALL DAY?
Honestly that's a good question that we now ask ourselves a lot. Here is our new typical schedule.
6:30-7:00// wakey wakey and plan for the day
7:00-8:00// exercise for 1 whole hour woot! woot!
8:00-9:30// get ready for the day. Breakfast, shower, dress, etc. No pajamas!!
9:30-10:30// personal study
10:30-11:30// companionship study
11:30-12:30// lunch
12:30-1:00// cleaning time
1:00-3:00// contact members and returning members
3:00-3:30// mindfulness time aka: Mental health break
3:30-6:00// teaching lessons over video call
6:00-7:00// tea
7:00-8:00// daily contacting
8:00-9:00// language study
And that is how we do it. Haha it's been fun.
DO YOU LIKE YOUR COMPANION?
Yes!! I love her!! She's just like me and we are getting along swimmingly! She's great :)
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Please write every missionary you know an email. We can read them whenever and sometimes we get bored (haha don't tell anyone). Emails make our days!
HOW IS OLIVIA?
Olivia is my favorite person in the world and I miss seeing her every week. For those who don't remember, Olivia is our friend who was getting baptized this week, but due to the virus craziness, is postponing it. Honestly just miss talking to her so pray for Olivia too.
Love you all so much and appreciate everything you do! Stay safe and social distance!!!!
